• Should work in team and independently in various design projects. Good knowledge on plastic part design & tooling feasibility with tool direction definition, parting line & Slider/Lifter construction. Target setting for parts strength, Gap-flush, GD&T.
• Should have hands on design experience with various Interior trim parts like IP / Door panel / floor panel etc.
• Hands on Interior Trim skill sets using CATIA or NX
• Utilize plastic part design expertise and assess tooling feasibility, including tool direction definition, parting line, and Slider/Lifter construction.
• Knowledge of IP, Console, Door, Pillars in Interior Trims is must.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Ensure candidates submitted for consideration meet the minimum experience requirement (no candidates below 3 years’ experience).
