Generation of qualified leads through various sources.

Appointment setting with decision-makers of the organization.

Knowledge of CRM.

Cold calling, Bulk Emailing, Social Networking, etc.

Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation.

Handling the initial level of calls with decision-makers.

Job Role

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to- end target delivery which includes –

  • Incumbent should have min. 5-8 years of proven track record of selling B2B Engineering Design /AEC Services in US or Europe region.
  • Should have strong business acumen in the area of engineering design services.
  • Willingness to lead and accept responsibility.
  • Must be able to develop and execute sales plans with proper market intelligence and strategies for US/ Europe Region / India.
  • Must be able to comprehensively map accounts and identify and contact right person and engage for further conversion.
  • Must be able to guide the team / get the conversions from them/ train and develop new team.
  • Should possess strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
  • Must be Organized and analytical and must be able to handle sales objections through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Must be able to thrive in a time-pressured environment.
  • Must be self-motivated with a proven track record of leading from the front and hand on sales experience.
  • Deep sales acumen with ability to prospect, qualify business deals.
  • Knock to penetrate corporate accounts and sell services and projects in highly competitive environment.
  • Resourceful with impeccable communication skills. Passionate towards Sales, willing to take challenges and meet and exceed revenue sales targets consistently.
  • Willing to travel if required.
