We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successful service sales in India, with a minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience.
  • Experience working within the US or Europe regions is advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to Engineering Design Services is highly desirable.
  • Possess strong business acumen specifically related to engineering design services.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, incorporating market intelligence and strategic approaches tailored to the US/Europe region and India.
  • Proficiently map client accounts, identifying key contacts, and effectively engaging them for conversion.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Maintain organizational and analytical prowess, adeptly addressing sales objections through innovative and adaptive methods.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-motivation and leadership in achieving sales targets.
  • Utilize deep sales acumen to prospect and qualify business deals effectively.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and impeccable communication skills, displaying a passion for sales and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
